Copenhagen 8/2 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Striped can in silver and orange with the name of beer and brewery complemented by the style.
Pours opaque golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor of exotic fruit mingling with a subtle citric scent. Mango and passion fruit. Overripe. Alcohol. Citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Potent no nonsense DIPA.
