Copenhagen 5/11 2022. 44 cl can from SuperBrugsen,Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Colorful can in green fading into yellow fading into red and back into green.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with sweet malty odor mingling with a citric scent and a whiff of herbs and flowers. Sweet pale malts. Distinct small of chamomile.Elderflower. Lemon and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft yet tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a light sweetness followed by a somewhat stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit herbal. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Quite thin and on the herbal side. I wonder what other purposes it serves.
