Copenhagen 22/10 2022. 44 cl can from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. To Øl's usual design for their 45 Days brand this time in orange, yellow and green.
Pours slightly unclear copper amber with as mid-sized off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty and toasted odor with some dark fruit peeking in. Caramel, toffee, dark bread, biscuits and toasted malts. Raisins and plums.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with as notable sweet undertone. Lungers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Sweet, dark and malty.
