Copenhagen 10/5 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Very colorful can going from light blue at the top, over red and orange to purple the bottom. The name of the beer in bold black letters.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of tropical fruit and sweet berries mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruits. Mango and currants. Citrus and lime. Hints of elderflower.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pretty simple, pretty bitter and pretty good.
