This Session IPA has Hallertauer Blanc as the star. A touch of Talus and Ekuanot in the dry hop is there as a supporting act, and Vienna malt in the mash for a delicious biscuity flavour.

Copenhagen 12/5 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Small abstract and colorful paintings with a fluid vibe on the can. Apparently a beer made for the CPH DOX film festival.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet lemonade-like, fruity odor mingling with more subdued citric fumes. Mango, sweet oranges and passion fruit. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter but pleasant. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid Session IPA with good intensity. Even a hard working documentarist needs a good cup of beer.
