A blend of 7 barrels aged between 5 and 24 months. Brewed with raw wheat, malted barley and Saaz hops. A spectrum of character from our oldest yet most simple of base beers are brought together to create a complex sum.

Copenhagen 13/4 2024. 75 cl bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Yellowish version of To Øl's Natur brand design with a red and green rectangle.
Pours opaque unclear with a smal white head. Bubbly. Disappears fairly fast leaving what looks like a decarbonated Fanta behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intens with a sweet odor of malts and honey mingling with a tart scent with a touch of funk. Peach and honey. Tart unripe gooseberries, green grapes, citrus and sour cheese.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a mild sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a fragile sweet undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Fresh, tart and dry.
