A Christmas IPA to welcome the cold and dark days! A bright, dark gold beer utilizing Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops to bring flavours of citrus, pine and light fruit. Coupled with woody aromas, and autumnal spices. A crisp and deceptively crushable beer that will remind you to enjoy the coming wintry months!

Copenhagen 19/ 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can with a little piece of artwork with a black rectangle in an autumn forest.
Pours golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity and fermented odor mingling with a bit of a rough scent of citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Hint of fermentation. Alcohol. Grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A little rough. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Solid base and rough bitterness.
