Gluten Free IPA.

First Frontier got a gluten-free sibling. Please welcome Free Frontier! All the class and taste of the First Frontier, but with a slightly updated recipe and a lot less gluten.

The shining beacon in First Frontier is the hops. Aromatic, fragrant hops. The result is a refreshingly dry, fresh and bitter IPA, heavily dry hopped with the three American hop varieties: warrior, simcoe and centennial. Dealing a punch of citrus, peach and grapefruit from the deepest of our hearts. By Using enzymes to break down the gluten, we are able to retain the body as in your regular crushable IPAs. This one has been Double Dry Hopped and more. Actually 2,5 times Dryhopped. Yes. 2,5. DAAHDH, Double And A Half Dry Hopped.

Copenhagen 6/3 2021. 33 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften. Kbh. NV. Mountain- and cloudscape in grey, blue and white on the label.

Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized, fluffy white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a light odor of exotic fruit mingling with stronger citric notes. Peach and mango. Tangerine tart. citrus and lime. Light herbal touch.

Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.

Decent dry IPA for the Gluten allergic.
