Copenhagen 9/11 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Strange can design where the top 75% is grey and sombre and the bottom 25% is wild and colorful.
Pours unclear, almost opaque unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet tropical odor of coconut and Stone fruit mingling with a citric scent. Peach, mango and sweet coconut. Touch of Pina Colada. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a distict sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid NEIPA with a touch of sweet Pina Colada.
