The Blaze Haze is a beautiful hazy tropical fruit forward Double IPA. This is a collab brew with the great guys from @theblazeprod where we decided to use Idaho 7 and HBC586 hops to bring massive Tropical notes to this beer.

Copenhagen 25/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Grey can with silver letters spouting nonsense about dancing.
Pours opaque murky, golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor with a touch of fermentation and alcohol mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Sweet mango and passion fruit. Hint of decay. Metallic alcohol. Lemon.and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fruity and fermented DIPA.
