Using dry hopping at the start of fermentation, the beer has a fruity/juicy intensity which is then boosted by the addition of Idaho Gem. This beer, along with Maxima, is designed as a pair.

Copenhagen 2/1 2024. 44 cl can from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. NV. Grey can with a pattern of stripes. Very minimalistic.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet fruity odor mingling with a bit of citrus fruit Sweet orange and peach. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a tad watery. Medium sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter yet watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin.
Refreshing but a bit thin.
