This is a nice clean, drinkable kettle sour without a huge amount of fruit or other things going on. It has a small addition of lemon and thyme to add to the refreshing taste and is otherwise just a delicious, tart beer! Lightly dry hopped with Hallertauer blanc and Wakatu hops.

Copenhagen 9/10 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. To Øl’s usual design with small pictures of different cloud formations.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Bubbly. Disappears completely after half a minute. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet fruity odor mingling with a stronger scent of tart citrus. Sweet peach. Lemon and citrus. Tart currants.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with a light sweet touch. Lingers shortly. Finish is rather dry.
Crisp without making a nuisance.
