This is a new juicy IPA from To Øl, with support from some trials at BRUS. This beer uses a fairly neutral yeast so the main focus of the beer is the hops - a juicy combination of ekuanot and citra, with idaho gem as a supporting partner. Hop gravy!

Copenhagen 16/9 2023. 44 cl can from 365Discount, smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Colorful can starting with red at the bottom and going over yellow, pink, orange and green to the top of the van. The name of the beer and brewery in bold black letters.
Pours opaque murky orange amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as small puddles foam floating about. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of Stone fruits mingling with sharp tart citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and quite watery. Medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart yet watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Decent if somehow thin.
