This IPA is designed to showcase the delicious coconut and woody notes of neo-mexicanus hops. We used them in a few new ways in the brewhouse - first by putting some in the mash and second by putting some in the fermenter prior to knock out. All are designed to bring out the flavours more intensely. And with the dry hop we've added a touch of coconut flakes to enhance the real coconut essence.

Copenhagen 2/9 2023. 44 cl can from Kvickly, Nørrebrogade, kbh. N, White can with small pieces artwork. Some sort of white pile of substance in different shades of light.
Pours opaque, hazy golden amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, frothy layer for foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts and coco nut mingling with some mango and peach. Hints of moldy gym bag. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly biter.. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Coconut and India Pale Ale. Weird combination.
