Copenhagen 16/9 2023. 75 cl bottle from many, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Very colorful version of To Øl's usual Brokilde label design. Blue, green, orange and yellow.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - pale yellow with a big white head. stable. settles lump, uneven layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor and lightly spicy odor mingling with tart citrus fruit. Sweet wheat malt, coriander and cumin. White sugar. Blood orange and tangerine.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a more moderate tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet with alight tart undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
A bit sweetish take on a Belgian Wit.
