A super resinous IPA that takes its bitterness and hop profile (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook) from the West Coast IPA style but lighter in color. Slight sheen (not quite hazy) and creamier mouthfeel due to a little oats.

Copenhagen 3/1 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Drips of resin on a grey paper-like background on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a more subdued citric scent. A bit of pine but not much resin. Peach, apricot and mango. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Middle of the road, solid Indian Pale Ale.
