Batch 1000
To Øl
Batch 1000 has a very dry aroma, which together with floral notes, spices and a little grass creates a fragrant and inviting atmosphere. It is brewed as a lager with light malt and pilsner yeast, but the beer is hopped like an ale and therefore we find Centennial, Columbus, Hallertauer Blanc and Citra hops in it.
It is an extremely refreshing beer to drink. It is a beer that cleanses the taste buds, and with its dry aftertaste it makes you want another sip. At the back of the mouth there is a nice warmth from the alcohol.

Copenhagen 15/10 c2022. 44 cl can from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Silver can with colorful splotches. Very festive.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Peach and orange. White sugar. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Finish is fairly dry.
Not exactly Champagne.
