Dinosaur Eggs
To Øl
You might be wondering, what kind of name is Dinosaur Eggs. Well, when a 4-year old asks if a brewery is making Dinosaur Eggs - the only answer is: YES!
The beer is a hazy IPA featuring a base of pilsner malt, wheat and oats.
This beer is also for the first time double dry-hopped with our hand selected Idaho 7, Idaho Gem, Citra and Mosaic. The double dry-hopping results in an even more powerful hop aroma, we really love this beer!

Copenhagen 18/10 2022. 44 cl can from SuperBrugsen. Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. White can with a lot of different egg-shaped geometrical figures apparently being carefully measured.
Pours opaque, dirty, murky brownish yellow. Fairly big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with a more subtle citric scent and perfumed notes. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. floral notes of fragrant rose flower.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A subtle nose and a bitter dry flavor. A delicious Egg.
