House of Haze
To Øl
House Of Haze is a beer we have been looking forward to for a while here at Brus.
This beer is the first one, featuring a lot of Idaho 7 hops that we flew to America in 2019, to select specifically.
Of all the lots we were presented, this was by far the best.
Along with a solid base of Pilsner, Wheat and Oats, it is backed with a bit of Centennial and Amarillo.
This lot of Idaho 7 has a huge aroma of pineapple and mango. We absolutely love this hop and you can expect to see much more of it soon!

Copenhagen 16/10 2022. 44 cl can from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Photo of a tranquil sea on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin patches of foam unable to cover much of anything. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a zesty, citric scent. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit and lemon. Hints of pine.
Medium strong carbonation. slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty and potent NEIPA to keep your mouth dry.
