This is a deliciously hoppy west Coast IPA brewed with support from BRUS.
Chock full of Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, and a hint of Mosaic in the dry hop. It has a hint of colour but is not as dark as a typical West Coast IPA.

Copenhagen 9/8 2023. 44 cl can from Føtex, Vesterbrogade, Kbh. V. A collage of slightly strange photos on the white can. A white fox, a stone sculpture and a sunset.
Pours slightly unclear pale yellow with a big white head. Settles asunekven, lumpy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma îs medium intense with a malty and floral odor mingling with a little subdued citric scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and bit of toffee. Peach. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for bit. Finish is rather dry.
A bit on the malty side.
