Copenhagen 20/11 2021. 75 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow label with the name of the beer in big letters with a new line each syllable.
Pours slightly unclear with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a potent sweet odor of milk chocolate, lactose, almond liqueur and vanilla. Light sourish notes. Grains and milk gone sour.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, creamy, viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet vanilla, Lingering. Finish is sweet and boozy.
A bit strange with a pale stout but if you like it strong, sweet and rich this is not a bad beer.
