Finally we have a collab on our hands. This is one massive TIPA for all you hop heads out there.
Brewed with our good friends from Canada, Collective Arts.
We decided to try some new techniques, in the form of using Mosaic Incognito in the fermentor in the hope of a crazy hop profile. Dry hop for this beer was was Ekaunot Cryo, Strata, and Mosaic.

Copenhagen 10/1 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Picture of some object wrapped in paper on the can.
Pours opaque, murky amber with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the middel of the glass. Moderate lacing,
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of fermented fruit mingling with citric notes. Mango, peach and apricot. More discrete scent of grapefruit with a touch of shampoo.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a searing quality. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Potent but avoids being overly boozy. They can spill their oil in my backgarden.
