Collaboration with Ten Hands Brewing.
A mighty collab TIPA that will transport you deep into the Swedish forest. We're playing on the tradition in their part of Sweden where the lumberjacks out in the forest would eat a toasted oat porridge with pork, and this toasted oat flour we're using in this beer is still being milled 80km from their brewery. Blended with classic hops (Centennial and Columbus) on top of a full-bodied malt bill *chefs kiss*

Copenhagen 2/4 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Simple white can with a lot of black text.
Pours opaque, hazy, murky brownish amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet. slightly fermented odor of tropical fruits mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Peach, mango and passion fruit. Whiff of decay. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet fermented undertone. Finish is semi-dry with a boozy streak.
Potent, rich and fermented with an appropriate presence of alcohol.
