This beautiful beer was developed with our favorite Beer Club members. They chose the grist, the ABV, the hops, and bitterness. A flavorful IPA hopped with Citra, Idaho 7, and Mosaic. Big cheers to everyone in the Beer Club!

Copenhagen 7/7 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Tall beer related artworks - manipulated photos of barrels, kegs on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly boozy odorvof fermented fruits mingling with rough citric fumes. Mango and passionfruit. Grapefruit and pine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers fora while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent, boozy and bitter.
