Copenhagen 29/10 2021. 75 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Very simple off-white, yellowish label with the name of brewery and beer in red letters.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a sweet sides and alcohol. Sweet pale malts, banana, marzipan, coriander and whiff of metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong g sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a boozy undertone. Lingers for while. Finish is sweet with a touch of metallic alcohol.
Overwhelmingly sweet with almost no bitterness present. Nice boozy touch to make it a winter warmer.
