Sour Mashed IPA brewed with Idaho 7 Hops. We went for the hop that practically drips with juicy tropical and stone fruit! (Think: Apricot, Red Grapefruit, Orange and Papaya). Idaho 7 also has a potent resiny pine character with a hint of Black Tea, that all come together in a tart and sour fruity IPA.

Copenhagen 7/6 2020. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled torv, Kbh. Ø. What looks like a huge purple pine tree with a orange sky in the background on the label.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden orange with a medium-sized white head. Fairly stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong acerbic sourness and a lighter sweeter fruitiness. Peach and pineapple. Strong citrus and grape. Hints of pine. Vinegar and funk.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, acercic and tart sourness. Aftertaste is citric, bitter and sour. Lingers for a bit. Finish is bone-dry.
More wild and sour than IPA. But if you have some mouth-water you need to get rid of this is not a bad bet.
