This IPA is hopped with Citra Cryo and Idaho 7, a hop partnership which can never fail. Expect massive Pineapple Citrus notes backed by a super smooth body from the heavy use of Wheat and Oats. Verdant Yeast was used to ferment this haze bomb bringing extra soft and fruity yeast notes. We hope you find this as crushable as we do.

Copenhagen 9/5 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S, The can looks a bit like a propaganda publication from the American Embassy. Dark blue with a orange glimpse of patriotic hope.
Pours opaque hazy slightly dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Lime and lemon. Pine peeking in.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
The aroma is pretty restrained but the flavor seems to fly free.
