Copenhagen 17/10 2025. 44 cl Can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Steel can with a staircase formed label ascending in different shades of red. Innovative.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with a stronger scent of citrus fruit. Pineapple and passion fruit. Grapefruit and lemon. Fresh.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart touch. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Bitter and zesty NEIPA. Not the worst collaboration with a supermarket that I have tasted.!
