Copenhagen 19/4 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Label is small rectangles. Looks like the tiles in in the Men's Room.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with big white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and sweetish. Sweet malts. Grainy and bready. Fresh grass. light fruity notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin watery and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is quite bitter. Lingers for a bit.
Well balanced pilsener with a light overweight to the bitter side.
