After it's popular demand at Brus, this blackberry and raspberry fruited sour came to Svinninge for bigger production. The beer has a simple base of pilsner and wheat malt to let the fruit be the star of the show.

Copenhagen 19/5 2026. 33 cl can from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. NV. Can with a circular patterne with the top of the can in warm pink colors and the bottom in cool blue.
Pours unclear pinkish red with an off-white head with a pink hue. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with some sweet berries mingling with a tart fruity scent. Sweet raspberries and currants. Tart blackberries and a little citrus. Fresh.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger art sourness. Aftertaste is sourish with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is tart and dry.
More fruit punch than beer.
