330ml bottle, poured into La Chouffe tulip.
A: Pale shade of amber, medium sized head which quickly realized it had somewhere else to be, not too much lacing clung to the side of the glass.
S: Grapefruit, sweat and diacetyl.
T: Over ripe peach, citrus fruit and grain.
M: Not much carbonation, thick chewy texture for the comparatively low abv.
O: Decent but I would have liked more from the Mosaic hop.

-medium to high carbonation visible
S:
-big whiff of diacetyl,lemon,bready,spicy,white grapes,DMS
T:
-Follows the nose plus pineapple and a medium to high,grassy bitterniss
-finishes dry

-medium to high carbonation
-light body
O:
Interesting, but flawed Kellerbier.Still, miles better than the sh** usually put out under the Perlenbacher brand.
