Their "Lager" is impressive and mega amazing value (the price is comparable to budget lagers and Lidl Perlenbacher, but this is far superior), and to be honset it tasted like a pils. This, in a dark green can as opposed to red, is called "Pils" ; ) Drinking in a pilsner glass at 3 degrees ; )
Quite pale, moderate, quite bubbly head. Aroma is a little light, not detecting much at all.
Easy to drink, refreshing...interesting pilsner hop aftertaste that kind of appears on your tongue at a later stage than you would naturally predict a hop aftertaste to appear...so very interesting mouth feel. It tastes a little more simple and light than the red "Lager" version, I don't like this as much. Still, it's far superior to most pilsners within this price range, so it definitely gets some overall marks for this.
Flavour is a bit too watery to be amazing. But the hops are great and totally German style. Not too sweet, well balanced...just too light and watery ; )
