bought and drank may 2008, Spain. The can says "German Beer" (in English) but the rest of the can is in Spanish. An import brewed exclusively for Spain, it would appear.
Pours a pale yellow, perfectly clear and with chunky bright white head which drops fast, leaving some bitty bubbles in the form of lace. These disappear pretty quickly as well.
Smell is a little earthy, but otherwise nothing but clean slightly sweet malt.
Taste is a plain lager, with a bit of a citrusy bite at the end mixed with the hop-extract bitter.
Mouthfeel is pretty thin, even for a kind of macro lager. Could use some more carbonation to hype things up as well, pretty lacking in general.
Drinkability is strong, very watery and no terrible off-flavors means you could keep going a long time. Something about the hop extracts though does something to the end bitterness that sticks to you in a slightly disagreeable way.
Overall not that bad of a beer, despite my ratings. Nothing really good about it, but definitely drinkable, and I'm sure if the day was hotter it would be a bit refreshing, if nothing else.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
