Pours ruby red with an off-white head and great retention. The front of the nose has plum and raisin with subtle hints of floral hop aromatics in the background. Light body with a crisp champagne-like effervescent mouthfeel. The flavor is much like the aroma, plum and raisin up front with a clean crisp finish. A very easy drinking version of European style amber/red lager. This style enjoys the good cold front; so, come enjoy the cold fronts with this long-awaited lager.
