Pours pale gold with an off-white foamy head with good retention. This beer showcases American hops. The aroma up front is pine and citrus with subtle hints of resin in the finish. The flavor is much like to aroma with citrus in the forefront and hints of pine in the finish. This beer has an extremely crisp mouthfeel, medium/light body with balanced bitterness. The finish is crisp and refreshing. A very easy drinking American Pale Ale, that was in collaboration with the winner of this year’s CIA homebrew club pro-am winner, Matthew Herrold.
