A milk stout brewed with orange blossom honey - pours dark brown with a tan head and good retention. The aroma is sweet milk chocolate with hints of roasted coffee and fruity esters in the background. The flavor is much like the aroma, with chocolate and roasted coffee coming through on the pallet. Medium to full body mouthfeel with medium carbonation. This beer was a collaboration with Proximity malt and local artisanal jam/pastry maker Sho-Sho’s Kitchen.
