Pours deep gold, good clarity with white foamy head and excellent retention. The aroma is earthy and grassy with a slight hint of funky tartness in the background. The flavor is tart and smooth with the earthy hop profile coming through in the end to balance the tartness; very low malt profile, this beer showcases acidity and hops. The bitterness of this beer helps balance the tartness. The light mouthfeel and high carbonation make this beer very easy drinking; especially during a hot summer day. If you like IPAs and sours, this is for you bud!!
