Aroma: A nice Belgian yeast nose with the orange and coriander coming through nicely. Smells just right
Appearance: Hazy yellow glass with a fluffy white head that laced like grandma.
Flavor: Coriander is a touch heavy which leads to a slightly vegetal note in the finish, otherwise a fair wheat taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a lasting finish
Overall Impression: Think the brewer stubbed his toe on the coriander which really took away from the overall impression. Some age might help bring that under control, so at least get a sample if you stop by and see how itÂ’s doing. This should be great in a few months.
