Brewers description: Brewed with three different malts, three different hop varieties and simultaneously fermented with three different Belgian yeast strains.
Aroma: Belgian yeast nose is most prominent with the balanced malt and hops supporting
Appearance: Thin yellow glass with a white collar. This was the only beer I tried here that didnt lace.
Flavor: Again, this beer is a platform for yeast, which is really nice. The malt and hops balance well leaving a light lemon note.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and a dry finish.
Overall Impression: Well crafted beer. Ends up being a bit mild, but nicely balanced to let the Belgian yeast shine. Very drinkable.
