Big mouthful of hops of the Cascade sort, both resiny and flowery. Malt is biscuity, a clean smooth flavor. Big aroma of hops. Surprisingly not very bitter. More perfumey with all the big hops scents. Lots of caramel comes through after it breathes for a while. Coppery amber color in the pint glass at the Marble Tap Room in Santa Fe.

Listed at 5% ABV. Excellent and well balanced. Proof that a big, hoppy flavor can dominate a beer without agonizing bitterness. My favorite Pale Ale I've tried this year.

Aroma: Fresh sugary pine hops

Appearance: Yellow amber glass with an off white head that laced a bit.

Flavor: Wonderful hop flavor with no bite. Can’t taste any malt, but it plays a great supporting role.

Mouthfeel: Creamy!

Overall Impression: It’s all about the hop baby. Forgive the short review, but I think I nailed this one. It does a great job of walking the line up to an IPA, but really stops short of the hop assault of that style. A great job!

A- Nice color, good medium head
S- slightly sweet with nice clover and grass
T- Toasted malt, definite hop w/citrus overtones
M- nice medium bodied. good carbonation
D- very drinkable

This is a good example of PA. A very nice toasted malt flavor backed up with some hop bitterness. Smells great with nice citrus and grass, clover. I could drink several of these very easily. Job well done.
