Aroma: Chocolate malt is the main smell and no dusty aroma I normally associate with a porter- a good sign in my book.
Appearance: Looks like a porter: Black glass, tan ring.
Flavor: The chocolate malt is trumped by chocolate in a mild overall taste. No hops noted.
Mouthfeel: Light body, neutral texture and a lingering finish.
Overall Impression: Given porters really arent my thing; I kind of liked this one. Mild, good flavor, a good session beer.
