22oz, hand bottled sample from the brewer, courtesy of whaleman (thanks!).
Poured medium and lightly cloudy yellow color with a large sized white head. Aromas of yeast, fruits (apples & pears), and spices. Tastes follows pretty much the same as the aromas. Lively body that finished dry. A little on the sweet side. Not a bad example of a tripel from an American Brewer.

Thanks to whaleman for this hand bottled bomberÂ…
Appears a hazy gold with a 2 finger white head that fades into a film and a small collar spotty streaks of lacing.
Smell is of citrus, caramel, and yeasty goodness.
Taste is of bready, mildly sweet apricots, and yeasty.
Mouthfeel is of fizzy caramel, and slightly dry.
This one is really good now but I think it will get even better with aging.
