Shaker pint glass served a very hazed, dark gold color with a fluffy topping of off-white head. Shows some nice lacing on the way down.

Nose is huge and fresh...citrus and wildgrass hoppiness. Bready rye in there and a little bit of black pepper. Great smelling brew. Very clean, apparently they put this on tap just a few days ago on 7/25, lucky me!

Hops are dominant in the flavor, grassy and even a bit of onion...summit hops perhaps? About the right amount of flavoring and bittering, bold, zesty even. Spiced, bready rye comes in second and plays well with, and even accentuates, the hops. Biscuity malt with very little sweetness or fruitiness. Good, tasty hoppy beer, well brewed.
