Transcribed from notes taken 25 July 2010, at the brewpub.
a - (note: poor lighting in here) clear copper-gold, thin but lasting white head
s - big citrusy hops, also some spicy and slight herbal. faint caramel.
t - mild, but strikes a great balance. malt profile is caramel, biscuit, and slightly toasty. Hops are as in smell, and also slightly grassy.
m - light and crisp with adequate carbonation.
d - very high
mild flavor, but with greater complexity than expected. Flavors work well together.

This is the final offering in their single-hop series using the Liberty hop. Pint glass served a mostly clear and darkish gold color. Little bit of white foam sits atop the brew.
Nose is pretty faint with a light earthy hopping and caramel malt. Lemony and grassy as it warms.
Taste is toffee malt with that same earthy hop flavor with some lemon peel. Malts seem to lean a bit British and reminds me a bit of Liberty Ale from Anchor. Seems to have more bittering than flavor, this could pass for an IPA. Body is pretty full for an APA without being too sweet. Has a nice creamy feeling, but overall lacks continuity. Always fun to try the single hop beers though.
