On tap at CRBC, $6 poured into a Shaker pint glass, 2.10.11.
Half a finger white head due to full pour, resulting in thin broken layer of foam on top of medium gold clear body, very minimal rising carbonation. Nose is piney, caramel malts in the middle, noticeable bitterness on back end. Taste mirrors nose, a bit sweet up front, caramel in the middle, some grassiness, bitterness a bit tamed but got more aggressive as it warmed leading to a piney resin finish. Mouthfeel is medium, decent effervescence. Drinkability inhibited by noticeable alcohol burn. This is a pretty big beer, Dude.
