I tried this at a steakhouse in Santa Fe. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of grass and biscuit. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. Good saaz hop like base. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

Appearance - Small white head. Very clear pale gold body. Low retention and decent stick.
Smell - Light honey. Very faint.
Taste - Musky. Honey. A bit bitter. Strangely sweet but with a dry/solvent finish.
Mouthfeel - Frothy when agitated in the mouth. Light. A bit sticky. Effervescent. Mildly astringent.
Overall Drinkability - Not my favorite style, but probably the best I've had in style.

Poured on-tap at Chama River Brewing Co, the beer is a bright, pale, corn-yellow coloring with no head. There were slight flowery esthers on the nose. Sour toasted flavors dominate the palate, and the beer is extremely crisp and clean. Musty and slightly sour aftertaste, with a slight linger to the finish, while being slightly bitter, too. Interesting and unique Pils, and a good representation of the style.

On tap at the Chama River Microbar, downtown ABQ, $3 pint shaker glass during happy hour, 2.11.11.
One finger small white bubbled head, medium-fast dissipation with significant lacing. Clear light golden body, multiple small trails of carbonation. Nose is clean, bready malts, floral hops a bit sweet. Taste mirrors the nose, a bit sweet in the middle with some banana notes, medium floral hops on backend. Mouthfeel is medium-light, good effervescence, dry finish. A nicely crafted beer, very sessionable, light on the palate, would be good with a number of different foods.

Reviewed from notes. On tap at the brewpub in August 2009.
Pours a very clear yellow-straw color with a white head that quickly recedes and does not really leave behind any lacing. The nose is light grain and a bit of corn. The flavor is quite plain with slight grain and some vegetal flavors. Mouthfeel is really thin and a bit watery. Drinks fairly poorly and was not all that good.

Their golden lager has a 5.0% ABV. It poured a very light golden color, transparent, with a thick bubbly white head. It smelled mainly of wheat and yeast, but also with a hint of hops. The taste contained a bit more hops, but was also mainly dominated by the yeast/wheat present in the aroma.

Aroma: Slight metal note mixed with a lemon peel and a hint of skunk. While that sounds like a lot of flaws, they didnt really detract from the aroma much.
Appearance: Clear yellow with a good white head that laced
Flavor: Light overall flavor, as I guess it should be, with a corn note and again with a hint of metal
Mouthfeel: Thin watery texture.
Overall Impression: A bit off with some flavors, but the general impression was a light flavored lager.
