Poured on-tap at Chama River Brewing Co, the beer was served in a pint glass. The beer was a clear honey-gold color with no head. The nose is spicy, with a blend of coriander and citrus. Sweet and sour flavors with a tang and spice to the finishing flavors. The sweetness starts off citrus, but shifts to a candy-like sweetness towards the end. The spicy aftertaste (coriander and cloves) do a decent job to balance all the sweet characteristics. The beer has an extremely clean finish. The spices linger a bit, but are very tasty. Good brew.
