Elegant hop-perfumed light beer.
Lovely light golden amber color in the pint glass. Great touch of hops right off. A mellow malty mouthful even with the light weight. Aftertaste is floral but bitterness fades nicely leaving a clean, refreshing hoppy hint. Not overly carbonated, but a pleasant mouthful. Excellent restrained hoppy style.
What a great malt-suffused Pilsener! This has to be one of my favorites this year, and a brewery I never heard of until we wandered into the Marble Brewery Tap Room in Santa Fe where this is one of the guest taps.
