60 IBUs. $5 pints at the brewery. This beer is called an "Imperial Brown Ale".
Appearance - Dark ruby-brown clear body. Light brown head with decent retention and lacing.
Smell - Faint nutty malt. Almost scentless. Dry.
Taste - Alcoholic. Coffee and slight chocolate. Big and bold. Dark malt.
Mouthfeel - Lot of zesty bite. Solvent and astringent, but in a well balanced way. Tons of body carbonation; frothy.
Overall Drinkability - Big body face-kicker. No complexity or subtlety.
