Off the tap over lunch at their downtown Santa Fe location this beer was a cloudy, lemon-yellow color. The head was white and thin, but retained itself as a collar and left spotty lacing. The aroma was soft, citrus notes and dry wheat. The flavors were better defined, it started with lemon and orange zest notes followed by a strong flavor of wheat with some floral hops behind it that added a pleasant sweetness. The carbonation was perfect for the style, the body was light/medium and the mouthfeel about average. Nothing special, but clean and refreshing.
